1. Confidentiality & Privacy
Royal Consultancy Services is dedicated to maintaining client confidentiality and privacy. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information collected from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

2. General Refund Conditions
Royal Consultancy Services does not issue refunds for early service withdrawal.

• Refund percentages apply only if the full-service fee has been paid without any outstanding balance.
• Immigration processes involve expectations and pre-registration before qualification announcements to meet cap limits. If a client’s profile is found ineligible after official announcements, they may transfer to other opportunities but are not entitled to a refund.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any client who disputes a valid payment will be blacklisted from our services, and outstanding fees will be sent to collections.
  
  3. Refunds in Case of Rejection by Immigration Authorities
• Refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days after the client submits an Online Refund Claim Form along with the rejection letter from the authority.
• Failure to provide supporting documents (e.g., rejection letter or passport stamp) will result in non-eligibility for a refund.
• Royal Consultancy Services is not liable for refunds of fees paid to assessing bodies, immigration authorities, embassies, or consulates in case of application rejection.
  
  4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
  No refund will be provided in the following cases:
• Failure to attend the interview.
• Failure to meet medical or police clearance certificate requirements.
• Failure to provide sufficient funds for settlement as required by immigration authorities.
• Prior immigration law violations.
• Late submission of requested documents.
• Failure to achieve required scores in language tests.
• Client abandons the case or remains unresponsive for three months.
• Fees paid to third-party services are non-refundable.
  
  5. Client Responsibilities & Obligations
• The client must provide all required documents within 30 days from the registration date.
• Any changes in personal status (e.g., address, marital status, employment) must be communicated to Royal Consultancy Services.
• Clients are responsible for attending interviews as required by authorities.
• Immigration processes are subject to changes, and requests for refunds due to procedural adjustments will not be entertained.
  
  6. Service Termination & No Refund Conditions
  Royal Consultancy Services reserves the right to terminate services without refund if:
• The client fails to submit necessary documents within the stipulated time.
• The client attempts to defame the company’s reputation.
• The client remains unresponsive to calls or emails for over a month.
• The client engages in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation of information.
• The client does not meet authorities’ requirements, including language proficiency.
  
  7. Additional Terms
• All applicable taxes are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be processed based on the consultancy fee, not including government or assessment body charges.
• Once services commence, refunds are not available for personal or circumstantial reasons.
• Clients must comply with all legal and procedural requirements as advised by Royal Consultancy Services.
  By availing our services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of this refund policy. Royal Consultancy Services reserves the right to amend this policy as per business and legal requirements without prior notice.
  The client hereby agrees and understands the deliverables of the service signed up for, and hence will not initiate a chargeback (applicable only for Card Payments).
